DIV Diving Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter abbreviated as DIV) is formed and registered in Shenzhen under the relative laws of the People’s Republic of China in February 2000. On our developing way, we always follow the Logos: Establish Virtue and Prestige, Obtain Victory, and devote ourselves to offshore engineering.

In last 7 years, DIV have completed LF13-1 Platform Marine Growth Removal and Jacket Inspection Project, and Huizhou Oil Field Platform Marine Growth Removal and Jacket Inspection Project. Also using Conventional Mixed Gas Diving, we have successfully completed Wenchang Oil Field Underwater Installation of Wedges Project, Marine Growth Removal, Inspection and Maintaining Projects of Xijiang Oil Field Platform and FPSO, and LH11-1

Recovery for Anchor Leg & Riser Project, etc. In May of this year, we finished successfully Hangzhou Bay Sea Bridge Cathodic Protection Installation Project after two years of hard working. We carried out every project with the philosophy: Safety is the first, and Quality is paramount. Every project we completed obtained Client’s praise and recommendation. We started from general diving work within 10m depth, entered into deep diving step by step, and now the mixed gas diving became our main industry.

Now we have put down our roots in offshore engineering area, and are in stably developing. All clients, such as CNOOC and its Branch Company, CACT Operators Group, JHN Oil Operating Company, ConocoPhillips Oil China Inc. and other organization, etc. have given us much trust and support in last 7 years, we could not get so much success without their trust or support.

We have undergone all kind of difficulties during our company’s developing, but we have conquered every difficulty and obtained one and one victory with the help and support of relative government, national and international professional organizations such as CCS, ABS, DNV, ADCI, Rescue and Salvage Branch of China Navigation Institute, etc.

DIV is not alone in offshore engineering; there have many brother companies around us. What we obtained is their help more than competition, this push us ahead.

In last 7 years, our employee shared all difficulties and happiness with company; they tried their best for company’s developing. Their hard working and outside support and help, convert into endless energy, let company grown up.
